General Freight Trucking Company has one immediate opening for Truckload Specialist at our XXXXXX, XX Location.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Supervisor and liaising with our customers, you will be responsible for taking calls, developing logs, responding to complaints and solving related issues.

Working closely with the Customer Service Team, the scope of this job will require you to take initiative and use your customer service experience to work in a fast paced environment, with one eye always on process improvement. Previous transportation / customer service experience is considered an asset but not required. Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Building orders in line haul system
- Booking delivery appointments for these orders to increase our load & go / direct delivery system
- Monitoring of customer service related e-mail box
- Answering general customer service inquiries related to Truckload orders
- Monitoring the TL board in Routronics
- Responsible to oversee the Truckload traffic flow for customers shipping full loads.
- Complete daily tracking of loads booked.
- Responsible to maintain a healthy working relationship with assigned client base in order to assure complete customer satisfaction
- Responsible to communicate with the terminals in an efficient manner in order to assure continued on-time service.

Job Qualifications:

As an independent, self-motivated professional you communicate effectively, analyze issues and resolve problems quickly. Post secpndary education in a related field will be an asset. Experience in excel will be an added benefit, experience in AS400 and Routronics is a requirement.
