The online content coordinator is responsible for the content management of the website, e-newsletter and other online applications. This position works in a team environment, both with internal departments and external partners and suppliers, to ensure that all forms of interactive content are relevant, accurate and up to date.

This role requires the ability to pay strong attention to detail and to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Website and e-newsletter:
- Ensuring that all materials/content are focused on achieving Sales and Marketing objectives;
- Scheduling all content on the website and e-newsletter;
- Maintaining a master content calendar for the website and e-newsletter;
- Updating the CMS with content on a daily basis;
- Packaging of Online Advertising;
- Gathering and reporting website and e-newsletter metrics;
- Scripting and distributing the company e-newsletter to multiple segments; and
- Monitor and research trends in interactive discipline

Experience and Skills:

- 2-3 years experience in an assistant/coordinator role;
- Proven ability to maintain significant attention to detail;
- Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills;
- Project Management skills;
- Mature, organized, self confident with the ability to work under pressure;
- Exceptional organizational skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment;
- Proficient using Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash;
- Experience and proficiency in HTML; and
- A background in website content management, ideally including experience with the WordPress CMS (additional experience with PHP and server management an asset).
