are flexible to work all shifts and all hours including some weekend and until close at 2am.
Job Description:
You will work alongside the Kitchen Manager and with the front line staff, performing all functions in a kitchen, from prep to cooking to cleaning to admin back end paperwork.
Responsibilities:
- quality assurance
- staff supervision/training/discipline/mentoring
- temperature controls
- ordering/inventory
- daily shift paperwork
- all other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager
Requirements:
- previous experience in a leadership/supervisory role
- experience working in a fast paced, fast food or family-style restaurant
- flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons, evenings and closes (1am)
- strong sense of policy and procedures
- positive attitudes a must!
- must have a clean criminal record
