Responsibilities
* Track and analyze product usage data to establish and maintain a clear understanding of how the products are performing
* Analyze user behaviour, from qualitative and quantitative data, to develop an understanding of how products are being used and of user behaviour
* Maintain monthly reports and dashboards and participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews as well as in the annual product planning process
* Monitor and track competitive products in the category and communicate product and marketing changes to key stakeholders
* Maintain primary responsibility for tracking key metrics and performance across a portfolio of products
Skills
* Analytical: ability to analyze multiple data points and develop clear hypotheses and actionable from the results
* Highly motivated self-starter who can multi-task and respond to changing work activities with very short deadlines. Needs to demonstrate initiative and ability to get buy-in and support for local initiatives.
* Passionate about understanding consumers and developing marketing and communications programs
* High proficiency with Excel including pivoting capabilities and analysis modules
* Working knowledge of basic statistics
* Demonstration of strong project management and organization skills.
* Excellent written and oral communications skills essential, French an asset.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team – especially in complex and ambiguous work environments.
* Strong knowledge and experience working with Internet metrics (i.e. page views, unique users, click-through rates) and very comfortable conducting business analysis on product performance and competitive landscape.
* Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy on all work activities.
* Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships across teams and disciplines with people located in other geographies.
* Can adapt and operate within a high-performance culture.
