Performing essential clerical duties:
- Schedule and confirm appointments with patients
- Prepare patient folders and exam paper work
- Maintain patient records
- Develop x-rays and digitize
- Input digital x-rays into software
- Process payments (handle cash, credit cards, cheques, money orders, etc.)
- Set up payment plans
- Answer, screen and forward telephone calls
- Prepare x-rays and visual aids for patient reports
- General administrative duties
