POSITION SUMMARY Under the supervision of the coordinator/monitoring station supervisor, the employee provides technical support to subscribers, service installers, as well as contractors.

RESPONSIBILITIES · Receive telephone calls and assist subscribers who are experiencing technical problems with their security system · Identify the nature of the technical problem and schedule a service call if required · Outside of the dispatch department operational hours, dispatch service calls to service technicians · Put systems in test mode for service installers as well as contractors · Outside of data entry department operational hours, create urgent status customer monitoring accounts · In the case of monitoring station alarm overflow, process alarm signals according to established procedures · Upload alarm security system panels · Manage subscriber key boxes · Other duties as assigned

Job Summary:
•Assists with the conduct of clinical trials through the collection of biological samples, performing venipuncture, electrocardiograms, tube labeling, sample processing, and other related tasks in accordance with Protocol, Good Clinical Practice, Standard Operating Procedures and relevant regulatory guidelines

THE POSITION

Principally the Laboratory Technologist Quality Control will be involved in the day to day verification of the quality of products produced by confirming specific chemical properties. In addition, the Laboratory Technologist, Quality Control may be called upon to participate in other aspects of the laboratory activities related to research and product development.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

¨      Demonstrating support for the quality system through leadership by example.

¨      Working on laboratory projects assigned by the Team Leader.

¨      Performing routine lab tests to verify the quality of raw materials as required. 

¨      Performing regular and timely QC tests to verify the quality of products manufactured by the plant.

¨      Maintaining accurate test records. 

¨      Performing calibration tests at identified intervals on laboratory equipment. Ensuring that lab testing of new products and product enhancements are carried out under controlled conditions.
